Dream Dates: When Marco Met The Nomadic Boys

  • by
Marco from the Puglia Guys meets Stefano from the Nomadic Boys

You know the Nomadic Boys. The original gay travel influencers. 80k followers on Twitter and 178k followers on Instagram can’t be wrong. With a taste for destinations that look as good as they do, it’s no surprise the boys are big fans of Italy, and Puglia in particular. Here’s what happened when Puglia Guy Marco met the Nomadic Boys.

Stefan and Sebastien are the gay couple behind the travel blog Nomadic Boys. They have been travelling the world together since 2014 after quitting their jobs and lives in London. They created their blog as a platform to record their romantic adventures, write about the different gay scenes and of course, their culinary discoveries.

The Nomadic Boys’ mission is to inspire and show gay travellers that we can visit more places in the world than we thought possible, by providing a first-hand account of their travel adventures, which will help us plan a fun and safe trip.

In the intimate surroundings of Milan’s 2022 IGLTA Global Convention last October, affable Marco took some time out with Stefan, to talk about gay life in today’s Italy and what it’s like growing up as part of the LGBTQIA+ community in Taranto, an industrial city in Puglia, the heel of Italy’s boot.

The Nomadic Boys are no stranger to Puglia. Here’s what they made of our region in the heel of Italy’s boot.

Our gaydar went absolutely crazy on the beaches in Puglia.

Everywhere we looked, these metrosexual studs were posing and just looking absolutely ripped…Italian men sure know how to take care of themselves!

We hope their time with the Puglia Guys’ Marco made them fall in love with our region, and appreciate the beauty of Puglia and what it has to offer, just that little bit more.

We always welcome a trip to Italy. We love it and always leave wanting to return – from our first year anniversary in Venice, our gay road trip in Puglia, the glorious Amalfi coast, exploring historical Rome, and partying in the exciting gay scene of Milan. Italy simply ticks every box.
