Pescaria Restaurant | Polignano a Mare
Try the Pugliese version of the hamburger - a fried octopus burger. Served in a bun with ricotta and lemon. “To die for” and to accompany it, la Salina - a beer made with sea water by the Pescaria brewery. Be prepared for the salty under-taste.
